Assessment of material flow efficiency in a selected company

Abstract:

Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá dvěma částmi. První je část teoretická, ve které je popsána logistika, materiálový tok spolu s jeho analýzami a vstupní a výstupní logistika. Druhá část je praktická, je zaměřena na vybraný podnik Bageterii Boulevard, specificky na pobočku v Mostě. Je popsán vybraný produkt, který společnost rychlého občerstvení nabízí. Cílem této bakalářské práce bylo zhodnotit materiálový tok pomocí vybrané analýzy a zhodnotit, zda je efektivní. Za pomoci této analýzy byly identifikovány problémy, které se týkaly časového snímkování a layout. Na tyto problémy byly navrženy tři opatření pro společnost, aby došlo ke zefektivnění výrobního procesu zmiňovaného produktu.

Abstract:

This bachelor thesis deals with parts, the first is the theoretical part, in which logistics, material flow together with its analyses and input and output logistics are described. The second part is practical, which is focused on the selected company Bageterie Boulevard, specifically the branch in Most. The selected product offered by the fast-food company is described. The aim of this bachelor thesis was to evaluate the material flow using the selected analysis and to assess whether i tis efficient. With the help of this analysis, the issues that were related to time capture and layout were identified. To these problems, three measures were suggested for the company to make the production process of the mentioned product more efficient.
