Anthropological research on gender in medicine
Abstract:
Tato práce se zabývá genderem, genderovými stereotypy, segragací a "genderem v lékařství". Je založena na terénním výzkumu, který jsem provedla na třech nemocničních klinikách. Cílem bylo zjistit jak na kategorii genderu (s ohledem na lékařské profese) nahlíží střední zdravotnický personál. Abstract:
In the theoretical part of my thesis I write about gender, gender stereotypes, segregation, etc. This thesis is based on my fieldwork in hospital environment. The aim was to determine whether a hospital worker perceive regularity in the appointing of medical staff to certain positions with some regard to gender.I also examined the relationship between medical staff.
