Cílem dizertační práce bylo bylo zjistit, zda 3 látky přírodního původu s prokázaným léčebným potenciálem (lykopen, safranal a linalool) ovlivňují vybrané potkaní jaterní cytochromy (CYP1A2, CYP2A, CYP2B, CYP2C6, CYP2C11, CYP2D1/2 a CYP3A). Abstract:
This thesis aimed to reveal whether 3 natural compounds with proved therapeutical potential (lycopene, safranal and linalool) may affect selected rat liver CYP enzymes. The main research method was to determine the metabolic activity of selected CYP enzymes in the liver microsomal fraction after the subchronic premedication of the tested substance.
