Abstract:

Diplomová práce si klade za cíl prozkoumat, zmapovat a popsat proces implementace RDI strategie do HR procesů pěti evropských divadel: Teatro alla Scala v Milánu, Opéra national de Lyon, Opéra national de Paris, Opera&Ballet v Amsterdamu a Royal Opera House v Londýně. Vychází při tom z případových studií z těchto scén, na kterých demonstruje různé způsoby implementace strategií v oblasti rovnosti diverzity a inkluze. V další části práce usiluje o zhodnocení úspěšnosti zavádění RDI principů do pracovního provozu a hledá a definuje kritéria pro měření a vyhodnocování úspěšnosti uplatňování těchto principů v praxi. Závěr práce shrnuje současný stav a vyvozuje, že divadla, která k implementaci nebyla nucena grantovým systémem a nebo legislativou, jsou v implementaci principů RDI úspěšnější. Vzhledem ke zjištění, že divadla postrádají nástroje pro objektivní měření fungování RDI principů v organizaci, navrhuji jak kvantifikovatelné, tak nekvantifikovatelné ukazatele a možnosti jejich měření, které představují možnost, jak úspěšnost a stav této implementace vyhodnocovat.

Abstract:

The aim of this thesis is to explore, map, and describe the process of implementing RDI (Equality, Diversity, and Inclusion) strategies into the HR processes of five European theaters: Teatro alla Scala in Milan, Opéra national de Lyon, Opéra national de Paris, Opera&Ballet in Amsterdam, and the Royal Opera House in London. It relies on case studies from these scenes to demonstrate different ways of implementing RDI strategies in the field of equality, diversity, and inclusion. In the further part of the thesis, it aims to evaluate the success of integrating RDI principles into the work processes and seeks to define criteria for measuring and evaluating the successful application of these principles in practice. The conclusion of the thesis summarizes the current state and deduces that theaters that were not compelled to implement RDI principles due to grant systems or legislation are more successful in their implementation. Considering the finding that theaters lack tools for objectively measuring the functioning of RDI principles in their organizations, the thesis proposes both quantifiable and non-quantifiable indicators and possibilities for their measurement, providing a way to evaluate the success and status of this implementation.
