Abstract:
Tato diplomová práce řeší úpravu nájmu prostoru sloužícího k podnikání z hlediska míry dispozitivnosti. Hodnotí vhodnost použití konkrétních ustanovení a nabízí jejich smluvní úpravu. Podává možný výklad nejasných ustanovení a pojmů v nich obsažených i za použití relevantní judikatury. Zároveň poskytuje náhled na danou problematiku pro lepší porozumění zmíněné oblasti. Abstract:
This thesis deals with the leasing of business premises in light of its possibility of being modified by agreement of the parties. It analyses usability of concrete provisions and offers its contractual arrangements. It gives possible interpretation of doubtful provisions and terms with the use of decisions of courts.
