Cílem této bakalářské práce je zhodnotit světový trh s mědí a postavení, které na tomto trhu zaujímá Chile. V první kapitole práce je popsán význam mědi pro světovou ekonomiku, světová produkce, spotřeba a světový trh s mědí. Druhá kapitola pojednává o trhu s mědí v Chile.
