Abstract:

Diplomová práce se zabývá managementem řízení rizik v oblasti bezpečnosti práce a požární ochrany a cílem práce je posoudit, na základě analýzy, kvalitu systému řízení rizik v oblasti bezpečnosti a ochraně zdraví při práci a požární ochraně v podniku, provést analýzu rizik na vybraném pracovišti a navrhnout vhodná opatření pro snížení rizik. V teoretické části se objevuje legislativní vymezení řešené problematiky. Dále jsou zde uvedeny jednotlivé oblasti, které jsou blíže vysvětleny. V praktické části byla využita metoda analýzy rizik v oblasti bezpečnosti a ochrany zdraví při práci a požární ochrana na vybraném pracovišti, Výstupy budou vyhodnoceny dle výsledku analýzy. V poslední části diplomové práce budou navrženy vhodné návrhy a doporučení, která přispějí ke snížení nebo eliminaci možných rizik na pracovišti.

Abstract:

The thesis deals with the management of risk management in the field of occupational safety and fire protection and the aim of the thesis is to assess, on the basis of the analysis, the quality of the risk management system in the field of occupational safety and health and fire protection in the company, to carry out a risk analysis at the selected workplace and to propose appropriate measures for risk reduction. In the theoretical part there is a legislative definition of the issue. The individual areas are then listed and explained in more detail. In the practical part the method of risk analysis in the field of occupational health and safety and fire protection at the selected workplace was used, The outputs will be evaluated according to the result of the analysis. In the last part of the thesis, appropriate suggestions and recommendations will be proposed to reduce or eliminate the potential risks in the workplace.
