The interrelationship and continuity of education and labor market in the Czech Republic, case studies Kolínsko.

Abstract:

Diplomová práce je zaměřena na průzkum vzájemného vztahu a návaznosti vzdělání a trhu práce na základě analýzy odborných zpráv a publikací. Práce odůvodňuje význam podpory vzdělávání s odkázáním na Strategii celoživotního učení ČR jako základního dokumentu pro oblast vzdělávání. Cílem práce je definovat a navrhnout možná opatření, která by vedla ke zlepšení současné situace ve vzdělávání v ČR v porovnání se zeměmi OECD, k větší spokojenosti studentů s kvalitou vzdělání a k dokonalejší přípravě studentů na budoucí povolání. Tato opatření jsou definována jak pro celou ČR, tak konkrétně pro Středočeský kraj s důrazem na okres Kolín. Poznatky z rozboru strategických dokumentů týkajících se vzdělávání jsou použity k návrhu možných doporučení pro připravovanou Strategii vzdělávací politiky ČR do roku 2020. Záměrem práce je nabídnout návrhy, které by mohly poskytnout zlepšení nedostatků současných strategických a koncepčních dokumentů a přispět tak ke zlepšení celkové úrovně vzdělání. Teoretická část diplomové práce je orientována na základní pojmy a východiska v oblasti vzdělávání, na popis českého vzdělávacího systému, na rozbor jeho současného stavu a regionální rozdíly vzdělávací struktury krajů. Dále je zaměřena na vzdělanostní strukturu populace ČR a její regionální disparity. Při průzkumu vzájemné souvislosti vzdělání a trhu práce je posouzena návaznost Strategie regionálního rozvoje 2014-2020 a Strategie vzdělávací politiky ČR do roku 2020. Praktická část je věnována popisu a vyhodnocení stavu vzdělávací soustavy Středočeského kraje se zaměřením na Kolínsko. Doporučení pro okres Kolín vycházejí z celkové charakteristiky situace na trhu práce v okrese, z vývoje počtu uchazečů o zaměstnání a z analýzy skupiny obyvatel ohrožené nezaměstnaností v okrese Kolín. V práci jsou využity materiály Ministerstva školství, mládeže a tělovýchovy, Ministerstva práce a sociálních věcí, KÚ Středočeského kraje, data Českého statistického úřadu a data krajské pobočky Úřadu práce ČR. V diplomové práci jsou uplatněny metody rešerše, komparace a analýzy a syntézy získaných poznatků.

Abstract:

The thesis is focused on the exploration of the relationship and connection between education and the labor market on the basis of analysis of expert reports and publications. The work justifies the importance of promoting education referencing the Strategy for Lifelong Learning as the basic document for education. The aim is to define and propose measures that would improve the current situation in education in the Czech Republic in comparison with OECD countries, greater student satisfaction with the quality of education and to better prepare students for their future careers. These are defined as for the whole country, and specifically for the Středočeský region, with emphasis on the district of Kolín. Findings from the analysis of strategic documents relating to education are used to design possible recommendations for preparing a strategy to educational policy of the Czech Republic in 2020. Its intention is to offer suggestions that might provide improvements shortcomings of current strategic and policy documents, and thus contribute to improving the overall quality of education . The theoretical part of the thesis is focused on the basic concepts and issues in education , the description of the education system to analyze its present state and regional differences in educational structures counties. It is focused on the educational structure of the population of the Czech Republic and its regional disparity. While exploring the mutual relation of education and the labor market is assessed continuity of Regional Development Strategy 2014-2020 and the Strategy for Educational Policy of the Czech Republic in 2020. The practical part is devoted to the description and evaluation of the state of the educational system of the Středočeský region with a focus on district of Kolín. Recommendations for the Kolínsko based on the overall characteristics of the labor market situation in the region, the development of job seekers and analysis of groups of people at risk of unemployment in the district of Kolín. The work used materials of the Ministry of Education, Youth and Sports , Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs Regional Office of the Central Region, the Czech Statistical Office data and data of the regional branch of the Labour Office of the Czech Republic . In this thesis methods are applied research, comparison and analysis and synthesis of the findings.
