Abstract:

Bakalářská práce se zabývá přístupy k osobám s mentálním postižením na pracovišti. První kapitola vymezuje mentální postižení, charakterizuje mentální postižení a seznamuje nás se vzděláváním osob s mentálním postižením. Druhá kapitola je zaměřena na možnosti zaměstnávání osob s mentálním postižením. Jsou zde zmíněna legislativní opatření a možnosti sociální podpory pro osoby s mentálním postižením. V dalších podkapitolách jsou potom charakterizovány způsoby zaměstnávání osob s mentálním postižením. Ve třetí kapitole se nachází vlastní šetření, které se snaží odpovědět na předem stanovené výzkumné otázky. Cílem bakalářské práce je zjistit přístupy k osobám s mentálním postižením na pracovišti a na základě těchto přístupů rozhodnout, zda je pro osoby s mentálním postižením vhodnější zaměstnání na otevřeném trhu práce nebo na chráněném trhu práce. Bylo zjištěno, že ideální model se skládá z kombinace obojího. Nejprve vstup na chráněný trh práce, kde se klient důkladně připravuje na budoucí zaměstnání a následný vstup na otevřený trh práce. Je žádoucí zaměřit se na vzdělávání možných zaměstnavatelů a následně intaktních zaměstnanců v oblasti pracovní integrace. A samozřejmě je důležitý pozitivní přístup společnosti k těmto lidem.

Abstract:

This bachelor thesis deals with attitudes towards people with mental disabilities in the workplace. The first chapter defines the mental disorder characterized by mental retardation and acquaints with the education of persons with mental disabilities. It describes also the possibility of legislative action and social support for people with mental disabilities. In the subsequent sections, methods of employing persons with intellectual disabilities are thoroughly characterized. The direct investigation can be found in the third chapter. It attempts to answer predetermined research questions. The objective of the thesis is to find out attitudes towards people with mental disabilities in the workplace and on the basis of these approaches deciding whether it is more suitable for people with mental disabilities employment in the open labor market or in a protected labor market. It has boon found that the ideal model consists of a combination of both - first enter the protected labor market, where the client can thoroughly prepare for future employment, with subsequent entry to the open labor market. It is desirable to focus on the education of prospective employers and employees in employment integration. And of course, the positive attitude of society towards these people.
