Abstract:

Cílem diplomové práce je vypracovat studii proveditelnosti pro otevření bezobalové prodejny v Praze a vyhodnotit, zda je tento podnikatelský záměr realizovatelný a ziskový. Dalším cílem je seznámit čtenáře s pojmy studie proveditelnosti, udržitelnost, zero waste a bezobalový prodej. Tyto termíny jsou popsány a vysvětleny v teoretické části. V rámci praktické části byla provedena mimo jiné analýza trhu, finanční analýza, analýza rizik a celkové vyhodnocení projektu. Pro analýzu trhu a získání odpovědí na některé výzkumné otázky byl proveden kvantitativní výzkum formou dotazníkového šetření. Na základě výsledků ze zmíněných analýz a dalších nasbíraných informací byl projekt vyhodnocen jako proveditelný a z dlouhodobého hlediska výdělečný.

Abstract:

The aim of the thesis is to develop a feasibility study for the opening of a packaging-free store in Prague and to evaluate whether this business plan is feasible and profitable. Another goal is to familiarize readers with the concepts of feasibility study, sustainability, zero waste and packaging-free stores. These terms are explained in the theoretical part. In the practical part, among other things, market analysis, financial analysis, risk analysis and overall evaluation of the project were carried out. In order to analyse the market and obtain answers to some research questions, quantitative research was conducted in the form of a questionnaire survey. Based on the results of the aforementioned analyses and other collected information, the project was evaluated as feasible and profitable in the long term.
