Bakalářská práce se zabývá vztahem mezi manžely a podnikáním. Úvod je věnován historickému vývoji majetkových vztahů mezi manžely, v další kapitole lehce nastiňuji problematiku dnešní doby, kdy mají partneři společnou domácnost, ale nejsou provdáni. Bachelor’s thesis deals with the relationship between marriage (husband and wife) and business.
