Nursing Process in a Patient with a Chest Injury

Abstract:

Bakalářská práce je nazývána ošetřovatelský proces u pacienta s poraněním hrudníku. Teoretická část práce je rozdělena na 5 hlavních kapitol a jednotlivé kapitoly jsou zaměřeny na anatomii hrudníku, druhy poraněním hrudníku, diagnostiku, léčbu a specifika ošetřovatelské péče u pacientů s poraněním hrudníku. První kapitola je rozdělena na kostru hrudníku a orgány hrudní, zejména srdce a plíce. Druhá kapitola se věnuje poraněním hrudníku, kde jsou rozděleny dle typu poranění. V této kapitole práce rozvádí problematiku pneumothoraxu, jeho různé formy, dále hemothorax, fluidothorax a další poranění. Ve třetí kapitole jsou popsány diagnostické metody, kterými se poranění hrudníky vyšetřují. Hlavní metodou je získání anamnézy a fyzikální vyšetření, dále jsou popsány RTG, počítačová tomografie, magnetické rezonance a sonografie. Ve čtvrté kapitole je popsána terapie. Zpracována je hlavně drenáž hrudníku, která je nejčastější a nejpoužívanější metodou při evakuaci vzduchu a různých tělních tekutin z oblasti hrudníku. Dále se rozebírá konzervativní terapie, punkce a operační postupy při poraněních hrudníku. V praktické části je zpracován ošetřovatelský proces. Nejprve byl popsán celkový stav pacienta, poté stanoveny ošetřovatelské diagnózy, cíle, navrhnuty intervence a zpracována jejich realizace. Ošetřovatelský proces byl následně vyhodnocen. V závěru praktické části jsou navržena doporučení pro praxi.

Abstract:

The bachelor's thesis is called a nursing process in a patient with a chest injury. The theoretical part of the work is divided into 5 main chapters and individual chapters are focused on chest anatomy, types of chest injuries, diagnosis, treatment and specifics of nursing care for patients with chest injuries. The first chapter is divided into the skeleton of the chest and the organs of the chest, especially the heart and lungs. The second chapter deals with chest injuries, where they are divided according to the type of injury. In this chapter, the thesis elaborates on the issue of pneumothorax, its various forms, as well as hemothorax, fluidothorax and other injuries. The third chapter describes the diagnostic methods used to examine chest injuries. The most important is and describes X-rays, computed tomography, magnetic resonance and sonography. In the fourth chapter, therapy is described. Mainly is described chest drainage, which is the most common and used method for evacuating air and various body fluids from the chest area. Conservative therapy, puncture and surgical procedures for chest injuries are also discussed. The nursing process is elaborated in the practical part. First, the general condition of the patient was described, then nursing diagnoses, goals, interventions were proposed and their implementation was processed. The nursing process was subsequently evaluated. At the end of the practical part, recommendations for practice are suggested.
