Abstract:

Ve své bakalářské práci jsem se zaměřila na komplexní zhodnocení finanční situace podniku LIWA CZ, s. r. o. Bakalářská práce je rozdělena na dvě části, a to teoretickou a aplikační. Teoretická část popisuje základní charakteristiku a účel finanční analýzy, její uživatele, zdroje, ukazatele a postupy pro vypracování bakalářské práce. Informace jsem čerpala z odborné literatury. Druhou částí bakalářské práce je aplikační část, která obsahuje představení podniku, horizontální a vertikální analýzu, analýzu poměrových a rozdílových ukazatelů a vybraných souhrnných ukazatelů. Pro vyhodnocení finanční situace ppodniku LIWA CZ, s. r. o. je zvoleno období šesti let, tj. 2007 - 2012. Potřebné informace k vypracování aplikační části jsem čerpala z účetních výkazů podniku. Z výsledků provedených analýz bude vyhodnocena finanční situace firmy a navrhnuta opatření, která by měla firmě pomoci zlepšit svou situaci na trhu.

Abstract:

In my bachelor thesis I focused on a complex evaluation of the financial situation of the company LIWA CZ, s. r. o. Bachelor thesis is divided into two parts, theoretical and practical. The theoretical part describes the basic characteristic and purpose of a financial analysis, its users, resources, indicators and methods for developing he bachelor thesis. I drew this information from specialized literature. The second part of the thesis is the application part in which I deal with the performance of the company, horizontal and vertical analysis, analysis of financial ratios and differential indicators and system indicators. For the evaluation of financial situation of LIWA CZ, s. r. o. is selected period of six years, i. e. 2007 - 2012. The information needed to develop the application part I drew from the financial statements of the company. The results of the analyses will assess the financial situation of the company and I propose measures, which should help the company improve its market situation.
