Abstract:
Cílem této bakalářské práce bylo vymezit a zhodnotit platnou právní úpravu, týkající se garáží. Práce je zaměřena zejména na požadavky, kladené na garáž zákonem č. 183/2006 Sb., o územním plánování a stavebním řádu (stavební zákon), a to jak požadavky týkající se územního řízení, tak i stavebního povolování. Abstract:
The aim of this thesis was to identify and evaluate legal regulation concerning the garage. The work is mainly focused on the requirements on the garage by the Building Act. There is also a part dealing with recording the garages in the Land Register. The last part of the bachelor thesis is devoted to a private view on the issue of garages.
