Abstract:

Cílem mé diplomové práce je stanovení hodnoty společnosti Pivovar Černá Hora, a.s. Ocenění bude zpracováno k 31. prosinci 2013, za účelem koupě společnosti neznámým investorem. První, teoretická část je zaměřena na popis jednotlivých postupů a metod při oceňování podniku. Následuje praktická část, která je věnována samotnému ocenění společnosti Pivovar Černá Hora, a.s. Tato část vychází z teoretických poznatku popsaných v první části práce. Praktická část obsahuje strategickou analýzu, která vymezuje vnitřní a vnější potenciál pivovaru. Následuje finanční analýza, která nám umožní posoudit finanční zdraví podniku. Na základě finanční analýzy je potom zpracován finanční plán, který nám umožní nastínit budoucí vývoj podniku. V závěru práce je pak stanovena hodnota Pivovaru Černá Hora, a.s. metodou diskontovaných peněžních toků.

Abstract:

The aim of my thesis is to assess the value of Pivovar Černá Hora a.s. The valuation will be done as of 31.12.2012 for the sale of the company to an undisclosed investor. The first part is focused on describing the various theoretical approaches and methods of evaluating companies. The following practical part is focused on the concrete evaluation of the company, Pivovar Černá Hora, a.s. This part of the thesis is the practical application of the theoretical knowledge from the first part of the thesis. The practical part includes a strategic analysis that defines the internal and external potential of the brewery. A financial analysis then follows, which helps us to assess the financial health of the company. Based on the financial analysis, a financial plan is derived and this allows us to outline the future development of the company. The conclusion of this thesis is devoted to the valuation of the company Pivovar Černá Hora, a.s. using the discounted cash flow method.
