The Cognitive Orientation of Women on a Maternity Leave
Abstract:
Cílem této diplomové práce bylo zjistit, zda je možné aplikovat metodologický výzkumný postup používaný v rámci teorie kognitivní orientace na populaci žen na rodičovské dovolené. Metodou sběru dat byl polostrukturovaný rozhovor s 18 ženami na rodičovské dovolené a metodou zpracování dat byla kvalitativní analýza. Abstract:
This dissertation is intented on The Theory of Cognitive Orientation applied on the theme of women on a Maternity Leave. The results are beliefs about Goals, about Norms and Rules, about Itself and General beliefs.
