Tato diplomová práce se zabývá vytvořením nového business modelu pro vybranou cestovní kancelář. Práce se skládá ze dvou částí, a to teoretické a praktické. Teoretická část popisuje podnikatelské prostředí firmy a trh cestovního ruchu. This masters theses deals with creation of a new business model for chosen travel agency. This theses consists of two parts, a theoretical and practical. Theoretical part describes business environment and market of tourism.
