Abstract:

Diplomová práce zkoumá vliv struktury akademických pracovníků (dle dosaženého titulu, věku a pohlaví) na kvantitu a kvalitu vědeckých výstupů. Výzkum je prováděn na vzorku českých veřejných vysokých škol za roky 2010 až 2014. Výsledky ukázaly, že ženy publikují více, než muži, mladší akademičtí pracovníci publikují více, než starší akademičtí pracovníci, a že akademičtí pracovníci s vyšším akademickým …more

Diploma thesis examines the influence of academic (according to attainment of the title, age and sex) in the quantity and quality of scientific outputs. The research is conducted on a sample of Czech republic universities for the years 2010 to 2014.
