Diplomová práce se zabývá problematikou realizace projektů financovaných z prostředků EU, konkrétně z oblasti podpory 1.1 Zvýšení adaptability zaměstnanců a konkurenceschopnosti podniků. Práce si klade za cíl zhodnotit, zda lze realizaci projektů z 35. výzvy Školení je šance považovat za úspěšnou, a to jak z pohledu řídícího orgánu, tak z pohledu žadatele.
