Michal Velkov,Complete year conditioning for American football player,Bachelor thesis, content:Our bachelor thesis contains yearlong training cycle to the gym for American football players. It is the universal workout plan with no game positions specification. Our conditioning plan can be used as the base for player’s yearlong individual preparation in fitness center.
