Abstract:
Bakalářská práce "Uplatnění projektového managementu v podniku (možnosti, problémy, formy)" se zabývá jak z teoretické tak praktického hlediska využitím projektového managementu rozšířeného o potenciál metodologie a nástrojů Lean Six Sigma. Na konkrétním projektu je demonstrováno uplatnění některých aspektů projektové a procesního řízení, možná rizika, problémy a jejich mitigace.
Abstract:
Bachelor thesis “Application of project management in the company (options, problems and forms)” describes from theoretical and practical standing point use of the project management expanded by potential of methodology and tools of Lean Six Sigma. On the real life project is demonstrated use of some aspects of project and process management, potential risks, problems and their mitigation.
