Diplomová práce na téma Soudní ochrana práv dotčených rozhodnutím jiného orgánu ve věcech soukromého práva se zabývá řízením dle části páté OSŘ. Sleduje historický vývoj správního soudnictví na území České republiky, nedostatky právní úpravy po roce 1991 a okolnosti, jež vedly k přijetí nové právní úpravy správního soudnictví a řízení dle části páté OSŘ, a to i s přihlédnutím k Evropské úmluvě. Abstract:
This diploma work deals with the court proceedings in the cases of rights that were affected by decision of another athority - Part V of The Civil Procedure Code. First and second chapters are both about the control of administration and the history of this control, next chapters deal with the main problems of the last and the present legal regulations.
