Methods and Means for Population warning and Foreknowledge in Emergency Causes

Abstract:

Bakalářská práce je na téma "Metody a prostředky varování a informovanost obyvatelstva při mimořádných událostech". Bakalářská práce je rozdělena na teoretickou část a praktickou část. Teoretická část se zabývá základními pojmy typu, co je hasičský záchranný sbor, informování, integrovaný záchranný systém, krizová situace, mimořádná událost a ochrana obyvatelstva. Druhá kapitola obsahuje legislativu, týkající se problematiky varování. Další kapitoly se podrobněji zaměřují na varování, krizové řízení, mimořádné události, tísňové informace a informovanost obyvatelstva. Následující kapitola seznamuje s problematikou praktické části. Praktická část je věnována dotazníkovému šetření, díky němuž došlo k mnoha zjištěním a získání důležitých informací ze stran obyvatelstva ORP Rýmařov a Hasičského záchranného sboru okresu Bruntál. Dotazníkové šetření je vyhodnoceno po-mocí SWOT analýzy. Závěr bakalářské práce je věnován návrhu zlepšení v dané problematice.

Abstract:

The bachelor thesis deals with "Methods and instruments of warning and awareness of the population in case of extraordinary events". The bachelor thesis is divided into theoretical part and practical part. The theoretical part deals with basic concepts such as: what is fire brigade, passing an information, integrated rescue system, crisis situation, extraordinary event and protection of the population. The second chapter contains the legislation for alert issues while the other chapters are focused more on alerts, crisis management, emergencies, emergency information and population awareness. The following chapter introduces the practical part and its issues. The practical part is devoted to the questionnaire survey, which has resulted in many findings and gaining important information from the parties of the ORP Rýmařov and the Fire Rescue Brigade of Bruntál. The questionnaire survey is evaluated using SWOT analysis. The conclusion of the bachelor thesis is devoted to the proposal for improvement in the given issue.
