Anotace:

The main aim of this thesis is analysis financial statements of the two companies with compared. For this aim author firstly gave theoretical analysis for a financial statement. After analysing, theories the author chose two companies and analysed them. During a financial statement, analysis author appeared the financial condition of both companies. After compared analysis profitability, revenue, sales and other financial indicators of two companies, the author has been decided which company’s financial statements are weaker than the other one and how can improve its situation.
