The issue of municipal financing by commercial bank

Abstract:

Diplomová práce „Problematika municipálního financování obchodní bankou“ se zabývá uvedením problémových oblastí financování municipalit, rizikem vyplývajícího z úvěrového vztahu mezi municipalitou a bankou. Dále popsáním konkrétních bankovních produktů nabízených municipalitám a také informovaností o stavu zadluženosti českých municipalit. Východiskem je dostatečná teoretická základna a samozřejmě seznámení se se situací ohledně zadluženosti municipalit, která je nedílnou součástí financování jejich potřeb. Závěrem jsou uvedena potencionální řešení problematiky financování municipalit.

Abstract:

The diploma thesis ´The issue of municipal funding by business bank´ goes into introducing the problematic fields of municipal funding, the risk of credit relation between municipality and a bank. Describing the concrete bank products offered to municipality and the awareness of Czech municipality debt stage. The equally theoretic basis and the identification with situation of indebted municipalities, which is the entire part of funding their needs, are the resource. It the conclusion some eventual solutions of issue of municipal funding are introduced.
