Abstract:

Tato diplomová práce nese název ,,Česky psaná preskriptivní literatura pro dívky a chlapce od druhé poloviny 19. století do roku 1938" a zabývá se zejména pozorováním dobových genderových stereotypů popisovaných na stránkách preskriptivní literatury určené pro mládež vycházející od druhé poloviny 19. století do konce období tzv. první republiky. Dále shrnuje vývoj výchovy a vzdělávání mládeže od vydání ,,Schulpatentu" v roce 1775 až po období první republiky a rovněž se zabývá vývojem preskriptivní literatury od jejího vzniku až do 19. a 20. století. Hlavním cílem je určit, jaké genderové stereotypy byly v 19. a 20. století přisuzovány ženám a mužům a zda se tyto stereotypy v průběhu času měnily.

Abstract:

This thesis is called ,,Czech conduct books written for girls and boys from the second half of the 19th century to 1938" and deals with comparison of contemporary gender stereotypes described on pages conduct books for youth, which were published from the second half of the 19th century to the end of the period first republic. Then summarizes the development of education young people from the promulgation ,,Schulpatent" in 1775 to the period first republic and is also engaged in the development of conduct books since their inception until the 19th and 20th centuries. The main objective is to determine what gender stereotypes in the 19th and 20th century attributed to women and men and whether these stereotypes have changed over time.
