On the protection of wages
Abstract:
Práce pojednává o problematice ochrany odměn za práci odvedenou v rámci závislé činnosti. S ohledem na roztříštěnost právní úpravy na předmětném úseku se snaží analyzovat a popsat jednotlivé instituty a instituce ochrany mzdy. Hlavními prameny práva na tomto úseku jsou předpisy na úseku pracovníhopráva a to především zákoník práce, zvláštní zákony o platech, zákon č. 118/2000 Sb. Vedle toho je ale …more
Abstract:
The aim of this thesis is to describe and analyse the basic instruments and procedures which can be used to protect the wage as a specific income of a person. It describes the instruments and procedures of the Czech Legal System, which is (in this field at least) strongly influenced by the Inernational Law and also European Law.
