Abstract:

Malůšková, J. Řízení neziskových organizací – případová studie skautský oddíl. Bakalářská práce. Brno: Mendelova univerzita v Brně, 2020. Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá definicí neziskového sektoru, důvody jeho existence a členěním. Práce shrnuje možnosti řízení financí neziskových organizací a možnost obchodní činnosti neziskových organizací. Dále navazuje rozbor financování skautského oddílu a modelový návrh podnikání konkrétní neziskové organizace, skautského oddílu Soběšická Devítka. Jedná se o podnikání s produktem Skautský sirup. V modelu je rozpracována samotná výroba a prodej, marketingová strategie analýzy vnějšího a vnitřního prostředí, výsledky analýz jsou shrnuty ve SWOT analýze. Všechna rizika modelu, kritika návrhů i výhody jsou shrnuty v následné diskuzi a zhodnocení splnění cílů práce v závěru.

Malůšková, J. Management of non-profit organizations – case study scout unit. Bachelor thesis. Brno: Mendel University, 2020. This bachelor thesis deals with the definition of the non-profit sector, the reasons for its existence and classification. The work summarizes the possibilities of financial management of non-profit organizations and the possibility of business activities of non-profit organizations. It is followed by an analysis of the financing of the scout unit and a model business proposal for a specific non-profit organization, the Soběšická Devítka scout unit. This is a business with the product Scout Syrup. The model elaborates the production and sales themselves, the marketing strategy the analysis of the external and internal environment, the results of the analyses are summarized in the SWOT analysis. All risks of the model, criticism of the proposals and advantages are summarized in the subsequent discussion and evaluation of the fulfillment of the objectives of the work in the conclusion.
