Technologies of Low-Gravity and Alcohol Free Beers
Abstract:
Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá technologií výroby nízkoalkoholických a nealkoholických piv. Je zaměřena hlavně na odlišnosti od výroby klasických 10-12° piv vyráběných v České republice. V práci je také popsáno zdravotní hledisko spojené s konzumací těchto piv. V závěru práce je uveden přehled nealkoholických piv dostupných na českém trhu.
Abstract:
This thesis deals with the technology of low-gravity and alcohol free beers production. It focuses mainly on the differences from the classical production of 10 to 12° beers produced in the Czech Republic. This work also describes the health aspects associated with the consumption of these beers.
