Abstract:
Práce se zabývá specifikami funkčního tréninku v přípravě policistů. Cílem je zjistit, zda je funkční trénink ve služební přípravě policistů využíván. Práce charakterizuje Policii ČR, funkční trénink a sportovní trénink, stejně jako pozitivní aspekty funkčního tréninku pro policejní práci. Závěrem diplomové práce je návrh implementace funkčního tréninku do služební přípravy policistů.
Abstract:
Thesis deals with specifics of functional training to prepare policemen. The goal is find out whether the functional training is being used in police training. Thesis characterizes The Police of Czech Republic, the functional training and the sports training, as well as positive aspects of functional training for police work.
