Abstract:

Tématem předkládané práce je duševní hygiena jako nevyhnutelná součást manažerské praxe. Teoretická část práce popisuje základní charakteristiky a současné poznatky o psychohygieně, nástroje psychohygieny, charakteristiku a osobnost manažera a psychologické účinky pracovního prostředí na výkon a výkonnost pracovníků. Cílem praktické části práce je vypracovat doporučení k poznání a správnému využívání psychohygieny v práci manažera. Práce se zaměřuje na zjištění rozdílů ve skutečné úrovni poznání psychohygieny v manažerské praxi a rozsahu jejího využití na třech stupních managementu – vrcholovém, středním a nízkém. Pozornost je věnována péči o duševní zdraví manažerů, správné životosprávě, faktorům vyvolávajícím stres, pracovnímu prostředí a hospodaření s časem.

Abstract:

The topic of the presented thesis is mental hygiene as an inevitable part of managerial practice. The theoretical part of the thesis describes the basic characteristics and current knowledge about psychohygiene, the tools of psychohygiene, the characteristics and personality of the manager and the psychological effects of the work environment on the performance and performance of employees. The aim of the practical part of the work is to develop recommendations for understanding and proper use of psychohygiene in the managerial work. The thesis focuses on identifying differences in the actual level of knowledge of psychohygiene in managerial practice and the extent of its use at three levels of management - top, middle and low. Attention is also paid to the mental health care of managers, proper lifestyle, stressors, work environment and time management.
