Tématem práce je {\clqq}Měření spokojenosti maloobchodních zákazníků firmy NEUMANN TOYS spol. s.r.o.``. Firma se zabývá výhradním dovozem a distribucí hraček značky SES a TOLO do ČR. Hlavním záměrem práce je zjistit míru spokojenosti obchodníků s poskytovanými službami, zachytit kritický rozsah činností firmy a zpracovat projekt na zvýšení spokojenosti. The work´s theme is `` The satisfaction measuring of retail customers of NEUMANN TOYS Ltd.`` The company deals with the exclusive import and distribution of SES and TOLO toys to the Czech Republic.
