Improvement of the business processes with Lean Six Sigma techniques

Abstract:

Tato diplomová práce je zaměřena na použití metodik Six Sigma na specifický projekt ve vybraném podniku. První části věnované rešerši se tato diplomová práce věnuje základním principům Six Sigma, nástrojům, které se používají ve fázích DMAIC. V další části, této diplomové práce, respektive v praktické části, je představena společnost, ve které byl projekt realizován a tato diplomová práce zpracována. V této části se dále rozebírá řešený projekt tj. snížení časů a nákladů na úklid lakovacích boxů. Pomocí fází DMAIC mělo být dosaženo cíle projektu a to je snížení nákladů o 20 %, časů na úklid o 30 000,- Kč u lakovacích boxů a 36 000,- Kč u robotické kabiny a snížení časů z 96 hodin a 76 hodin a více.

Abstract:

This thesis is focused on the use of Six Sigma Methods on a specific project in the selected company. The first part dedicated to the search, this diploma thesis deals with the basic principles of Six Sigma, tools that are used in DMAIC stages. In the next part, this thesis, or in the practical part, the company in which the project was implemented and this thesis was prepared. In this section, the project is further discussed is reduction of times and cost of painting box cleaning. By using the DMAIC phases, the project objectives should be achieved and this is a 20 % cost reduction, 30 000,- Kč cleaning times for painting boxes and 36000,- Kč u robotic cabs and reduce times from 96 hours and 76 hours and more.
