Poker dealer becomes a gambler. Earn in a casino spend in a casino.
Abstract:
Tato bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na problematiku rozšířenosti hraní hazardních her mezi zaměstnanci kasina, konkrétně mezi pokerovými dealery. Řeší otázku, proč tito lidé začínají s hazardem, jaké k němu mají sklony a jak je při tom ovlivňuje pracovní prostředí. Práce se zabývá charakteristikou hazardu a patologického hraní a různými faktory, které mohou pokerové dealery ovlivňovat.
Abstract:
This bachelor thesis is focused on the issue of the employees of casinos, especially poker dealers, taking up gambling. It deals with the reasons, why those people start to gamble, their attitude to gambling and the influence of the work environment. The thesis also defines pathological gambling and various factors that may influence the poker dealers.
