Specifics of communication during the adaptation process using transactional analysis

Abstract:

Práce se zaměřuje na oblast komunikace s využitím transakční analýzy mezi novým pracovníkem a jeho okolím v průběhu adaptačního procesu, kdy si nový pracovník zvyká na novou pracovní pozici, nové požadavky, pracovní výkon a v neposlední řadě také na nové sociální vztahy na pracovišti. Tato práce je teoretická a jejím výsledkem je operacionalizace principů transakční analýzy během procesu již zmíněné adaptace pracovníka.

Abstract:

The thesis focuses on the area of communication and using transactional analysis between the new employee and his environment during the adaptation process, when the new employee gets used to the new position, new requirements, work performance and last but not least also to the new social relations at the workplace. This thesis is theoretical, and its result is the operationalization of the principles of transactional analysis during the process of the aforementioned adaptation of the employee.
