Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá doplňkovými službami v dopravě. Teoretická část charakterizuje jednotlivé druhy dopravy, kvalitu služeb, rozhodovací proces zákazníka a doplňkové služby ve vozidlech a zastávkách. The theoretical part describes various kinds of transport, the quality of ancillary services, the customer's decision-making process and ancillary services on vehicles and at stations.
