The Potencial of Chatbots in the Practise of HR
Abstract:
Bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na implementaci chatbotů do HR oddělení v podniku. Práce vymezuje výhody a nevýhody implementace chatbotů a na modelové situaci ukazuje na několika příkladech jejich nákladovost oproti tradičnímu fungování HR oddělení. Práce také obsahuje komparaci v nákladovost mezi jednotlivými vybranými příklady chatbotů.
Abstract:
The bachelor's thesis focuses on the implementation of chatbots in the HR department of the company. The thesis defines the advantages and disadvantages of the implementation of chatbots and, on a model situation, shows their costs compared to the traditional functioning of the HR department using several examples. The work also contains a cost comparison between selected examples of chatbots.
