Analysis of logistic system Kanban and of his application in a given company
Abstract:
V bakalářské práci je provedena analýza logistického systému Kanban, jsou zde vyjádřeny jeho efekty, výhody, stejně tak slabá místa, dále jsou identifikovány úspory a náklady vzniklé zavedením systému Kanban. V této práci je řešena reálná situace navržení a zavedení systému Kanban v konkrétní společnosti.
Abstract:
Analysis of logistic system Kanban is performed in this bachelory work , there are effects of logistic system expressed, benefits, as well weak points, further there are savings identified and cost incurred of introduction system Kanban. The actual situation, a suggestion and an implementation of the logistic system Kanban in a given company is solved in this work.
