Establishment and Management of Pre-school Facilities

Abstract:

Cílem diplomové práce je na základě provedeného výzkumu ve vybrané mateřské škole zjistit a vyhodnotit míru ovlivňování činností jejího ředitele ze strany zřizovatele, a zjistit jeho práva a kompetence. Dokumenty použité k výzkumu byly zřizovací listina a Zásady vztahů s příspěvkovými organizacemi statutárního města Opavy. Jejich analýzou bude zhodnocena míra ovlivňování činností ředitele mateřské školy ze strany zřizovatele. V teoretické části budou objasněny pojmy a činnosti související se zřizováním a správou předškolních zařízení na obou stranách. Pro větší názornost je uvedeno srovnání České republiky se Slovenskou, jako se zemí, která měla společnou historii. Diplomová práce by měla v konečném výsledku ukázat problematická místa ve vzájemných vztazích, a nabídnout řešení k jejich zlepšení. Primárně je určena ředitelce mateřské školy, která v ní může nalézt problémy nalezené v rámci výzkumu.

Abstract:

The aim of the diploma thesis is to determine and evaluate the degree of influence of the activities of the principal of the kindergarten by the education authority and to find out his rights and competencies based on research conducted in a selected kindergarten. The documents used for the research were the Deed of Foundation of the kindergarten and the Principles of relations with contributory organizations of the statutory city of Opava. The analysis of these documents will assess the degree of influence on the activities of the kindergarten principal from the part of the education authority. The theoretical part will clarify the concepts and activities associated with the establishment and management of preschool facilities on both sides. For greater visualisation, a comparison of the Czech Republic with the Slovak Republic as a country with a common history is given. The diploma thesis should ultimately show problematic points in the mutual relations between the affected entities, and offer solutions to improve them. Primarily is intended for the principal of the kindergarten, who can find the problems revealed in the research in its content.
