Abstract:
Cílem diplomové práce je navrhnout systém hodnocení pracovníků a pracovního výkonu v malé nizozemské firmě. Teoretická část vysvětluje analýzu pracovních míst, řízení pracovního výkonu a hodnocení pracovníků a pracovního výkonu. Praktická část poskytuje informace o firmě. Dále pak na základě firemní dokumentace a dalších metod sběru dat nabízí návrh systému hodnocení pro obchodní zástupce.

The goal of the thesis is to design an employee evaluation system in a small Dutch company.. The theoretical part of the thesis deals with the issue of job analysis, performance management and performance evaluation system. The practical part provides information about the company.
