Abstract:

V této práci je vysvětlována problematika krizového řízení, která se podrobněji zaměřuje na oblast cvičení orgánů krizového řízení. Práce je rozdělena do pěti částí - a to na obecnou charakteristiku krizového řízení, cvičení orgánů krizového řízení, popis Pardubického kraje, krizové řízení Pardubického kraje a následně cvičení, která byla zorganizována na území tohoto kraje. Cílem mé práce je vysvětlit základní pojmy krizového řízení, objasnit oblast cvičení orgánů krizového řízení, charakterizovat Pardubický kraj a provést jeho analýzu z hlediska již uskutečněných cvičení.

Abstract:

This work explained the issue of crisis management, which is concerned with the area of crisis management training institutions. The work is dividend into five parts ? general characteristics of crisis management, crisis management training institutions, description of the Pardubice teritory, Pardubice teritory of crisis management and crisis management training institutions, which was organized in that region. The aim of this work is to explain basic concepts of crisis management, to illustrate domain of the crisis management training institutions, to characterize the Pardubice Region and interpret that region in term of already made training.
