Cílem této bakalářské práce je zjistit jaké faktory mají vliv na velikost spropitného a citlivost spropitného na kvalitu služby a srovnání výsledků s výsledky předchozích studií spropitného v restauracích. Práce se skládá z přehledu literatury, analýzy dat pomocí popisných statistik a ekonometrických modelů. The goal of this thesis is to determine what factors affect the size of the tip and the tip sensitivity to quality of service and compare the results with previous studies of tipping in restaurants.
