Tato bakalářská práce je zaměřena na problematiku šikany na pracovišti, konkrétně na mobbing a bossing. Celá tato práce je rozdělena do dvou částí, a to na teoretickou a praktickou část. Teoretická část se zabývá zejména definicí pojmů šikana na pracovišti, mobbing a bossing. Dále se zaměřuje také na prevenci šikany. This bachelor's thesis is focused on the issue of bullying in the workplace, specifically mobbing and bossing. This entire work is divided into two parts, namely the theoretical and practical part. The theoretical part deals mainly with the definition of workplace bullying, mobbing and bossing. It also focuses on the prevention of bullying.
