Abstract:
Tato práce se zabývá podnikovým vzdělávání na Českých drahách, a.s. Zjišťuje spokojenost zaměstnanců s On-line výukou, s jejími klady a zápory. Zároveň zkoumá i vybavenost lektorů digitální technikou, využívající nejen v kurzech, ale i při pravidelném poučování zaměstnanců. Navrhuje opatření ke zkvalitnění vyučovaní.
Abstract:
This study is ficused on company education of Czech railways, joint – stock company. It ensures the satisfaction of the employees with on – line education, together with its positives and negatives. It also eeamines the qualitification of the tutors and digital technology used dauring the regular infomative meeting sof employees . It suggests new measurements for higher quality of classes.
