Increasing the Trainee programmes effectivity by using the evaluation of their development tendencies in particular companies

Abstract:

Tématem této diplomové práce je zvýšení účinnosti trainee programů prostřednictvím zhodnocení jejich vývojových tendencí ve zvolených firmách. Práce je rozdělena na teoretickou a praktickou část. Teoretickou část této diplomové práce jsem vypracovala pomocí odborné literatury a uvádím zde vzdělávání a rozvoj zaměstnanců. Dále jsem konkrétně popsala vzdělávání zaměstnanců v organizaci a podnikové trainee programy. V praktické části této diplomové práce jsem analyzovala a hodnotila fungování trainee programů dle názorů personalistů zkoumaných společností a současných nebo minulých účastníků trainee programů u těchto společností. K výzkumu jsem využila metodu rozhovoru s personalisty a dotazníkové šetření mezi účastníky trainee programů. Výstupy z výzkumu byly využity k vyhodnocení hypotéz, které jsem stanovila na začátku výzkumu. Na základě vyhodnocení mnou stanovených hypotéz jsem navrhla možné zvýšení účinnosti trainee programů v daných firmách.

Abstract:

The topic of this thesis is increasing the efficiency of Trainee programmes by using the evaluation of their development tendencies in particular companies. The thesis is divided into theoretical and practical parts. The theoretical part of this thesis I designed using professional literature and I deal here with the development of training and staff development. I also specifically described training of employees in an organization and corporate trainee programs. In the practical part of this thesis I analyzed and evaluated the functioning of trainee programs according to personal managers surveyed by current or past participants in trainee programs at these companies. The research method I used was interview with HR and a survey questionnaire of participants in trainee programs. Outputs from research were used to evaluate of my hypotheses, which I set at the beginning of research. Based on the evaluation of my hypotheses I proposed possible increase of the effectiveness of trainee programs in these companies.
