Abstract:
Cílem této bakalářské práce je studium a charakterizace relevantních parametrů SOI waferů užitím reflexní spektroskopie v infračerveném spektrálním oboru. Měření v NIR-VIS-UV spektrální oblasti budou prováděna na vláknových spektrometrech a měření v MIR spektrální oblasti na infračerveném fourierovském spektrometru. Abstract:
The main goal of this thesis is theoretical and experimental study of selected parameters of Silicon-on-insulator structures by using of IR reflectance CCD spectroscopy and fourier spectroscopy. The reflectance spectra will be modeled by own programmes, which are using the results of thin film optics and classical Loretz model of interaction of light with matter.
