Úvodem mé práce budu definovat pojem legislativního procesu a charakterizovat všechny jeho náležitosti. Hlavním cílem mé práce je vyzkoumat vliv vstupu ČR do EU na legislativní proces. Například kolik bylo přijatých zákonů v důsledku vstupu a jaký byl jejich hlavní charakter. Zjistit změny či omezení, které vznikly v důsledku vstupu do Evropské unie. On the beginning of my work I will define concept of legislative proces and describe all his requisiles. The main goal of my work is rake out influece of entered the Czech Republic to the European Union to legislative proces.
