Abstract:
Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou korupce ve veřejné správě. Zaměřuje se na identifikaci faktorů, které přispívají k výskytu korupce v této oblasti a navrhuje opatření ke snížení jejího výskytu. Práce zkoumá vliv nedostatečné transparentnosti, slabých právních rámů a nedostatečné právní vymahatelnosti na rozšíření korupčních praktik. This bachelor's thesis deals with the issue of corruption in public administration. It focuses on identifying the factors that contribute to the occurrence of corruption in this area and proposes measures to reduce its occurrence.
