Abstract:

Diplomová práce na téma Metodika nácviku herních činností jednotlivce v goalballu se skládá ze dvou částí. První část, teoretická, pojednává o kategoriích, do kterých se třídí zrakově postižení sportovci. Dále je zde kapitola Tělesná výchova zrakově postižené mládeže, která je rozdělena na tělesnou výchovu nevidomých a slabozrakých. Takto rozdělená kapitola popisuje úkoly, cíle, možnosti a rozvoj kompenzačních smyslů zrakově hendikepovaných osob. Druhou, obsáhlejší, částí je část praktická. Zde jsou kapitoly týkající se taktiky, dovedností, pohybových schopností a specifických schopností goalballisty. Kapitola týkající se taktiky popisuje osvojení pravidel a požadavky na hráče na jednotlivých herních postech. V kapitole pohybové dovednosti v goalballu analyzujeme a popisujeme herní činnosti jednotlivce a metodickou řadu pro jejich efektivní nácvik. Kapitoly týkající se pohybových a specifických schopností pojednávají o rozvoji pohybových a specifických předpokladů pro goalball.

Abstract:

The thesis called Methodology of Individual Training Activities in Goalball is divided into two parts. The first one is theoretical and deals with categories where the visually impaired sportsmen are sorted. Next, there is a chapter titled Physical Education and the Visually Impaired Youth where we differentiate Physical Education of the sightless and the purblind. This chapter describes tasks, objectives, possibilities and development of the visually impaired´s compensation perception. The second, more extensive part is practical. The chapters touch tactics, motoric and specific goalball player´s skills. As for tactics, we describe and focus on demands on players of each game post and their learning the rules. The chapter concerning the motoric skills in goalball analyse and describe game activities of individuals and methodical set for their efficient training. The section about the motoric and specific skills deals with development of motoric and specific potency to play goalball.
