Abstract:

Diplomová práce Nepřímá cenzura českých galerií po roce 2000 zkoumá, zda má nepřímá cenzura vliv na dramaturgii, financování a personální politiku galerijních institucí v ČR. Představuje základní kategorie cenzury, jejich vývoj a společenskou reflexi. Vymezuje některé z forem sociální regulace galerijních institucí v liberálně-demokratickém prostředí s důrazem na projevy politické cenzury. Ty jsou v práci analyzovány prostřednictvím případových studií, které se primárně týkají prosazování hodnotových, ideologických, politických nebo osobních zájmů na úkor autonomie kulturní oblasti.

Abstract:

The thesis Indirect Censorship of Czech Galleries after 2000 examines whether indirect censorship has an impact on the dramaturgy, financing and personnel policy of gallery institutions in the Czech Republic. It presents the basic categories of censorship, their development and social reflection. It outlines some of the forms of social regulation of gallery institutions in a liberal-democratic environment, with an emphasis on the manifestations of political censorship. These are analysed in the thesis via case studies that primarily focus on the promotion of value, ideological, political or personal interests at the expense of the autonomy of the cultural sphere.
